What Is the Heart?
The heart is the spiritual energy that rests in the center of your chest. In this book, the word heart will solely refer to the spiritual heart. The term physical heart will be used to refer to the physical organ only.

Why Is the Heart Important?
This is a short poem I wrote to answer that question:

Love created everything.
Love is who we are.
Connect to your heart.
For the heart is home to love.

Love is the divine energy that created everything. That is, everything is made from love and by love. Connecting to the heart makes one empowered and sovereign . . . for the heart only knows love; it lets love flow through your entire being. Love permeates what you feel, think, speak, and do. This transforms your reality into paradise: Heaven on Earth. Connecting to your heart ultimately connects you to divine love.
